1. Introduction
Welcome to Amplify Digitize, a brand of Prathamesh Enterprises (GST: 27AFAPT8304F1ZH). These Terms of Service govern your use of amplifydigitize.in and all services. By accessing or using our services, you agree to these Terms. If you disagree, please discontinue use.
2. Definitions
- "Services" means Shopify development, performance marketing, CRO, SEO, WordPress, and related services.
- "Website" means amplifydigitize.in and its subdomains.
- "Content" means text, graphics, code, media, and materials we provide.
- "Agreement" means any signed proposal, statement of work, or contract.
3. Services Overview
We provide end-to-end ecommerce and marketing solutions including:
- Shopify store design, theme dev, app integration
- Performance Marketing (Google, Meta, YouTube)
- Landing Pages & CRO with A/B testing
- SEO, content, email, and social media
- WordPress development
- Consulting & digital strategy
4. Eligibility
You must be 18+ or authorized by an organization to use our services.
5. Service Engagement
- Proposal → Agreement → Execution
- Scope changes must be in writing; fees may apply
6. Pricing & Payments
- 50% advance + 50% completion (projects)
- Monthly retainers prepaid
- Ad budgets + management fees prepaid
- Late payments may incur 2% monthly charge
- All fees exclude GST and applicable taxes
7. Refund Policy
Work already performed is non-refundable. Campaign refunds (ad spend minus fees) may be issued if cancelled early. All refund requests must be written and approved.
8. Client Responsibilities
- Provide timely content, brand assets, and access
- Review deliverables on time
- Ensure rights to provided material
- Comply with laws and platform policies
9. Intellectual Property
Upon full payment, final deliverables belong to you. Amplify Digitize retains rights to pre-existing tools, templates, and proprietary processes.
10. Confidentiality
Both parties agree to keep confidential information secure and not disclose it without written consent.
11. Limitation of Liability
We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our liability is limited to the fees paid for the service in dispute.
12. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of India, with jurisdiction in Maharashtra courts.
